STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Scope of Service
Our products are sold and delivered only within the Kingdom of Bahrain. We do not offer international delivery.
2. Orders & Confirmation
When you confirm checkout, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email stating that your order has been packed. Delivery will take place within 1–2 business days to your provided address. Please be patient as we prepare and deliver your order.
3. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery
BenefitPay via QR code (shared on your invoice) — payment can be made on delivery or in advance.
All payments must be made in Bahraini Dinars (BHD).
4. Delivery Charges
A delivery fee of 800 fils applies to each order.
Orders with a cart total of 8 BHD or more qualify for free delivery.
5. Returns & Replacements
Since our cosmetic products are handmade, there may rarely be instances of faults or breakages during delivery.
In such cases, you are entitled to a free replacement of the faulty/broken product.
To process a replacement, you must send a clear photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery to:

Once we verify the issue, a replacement product will be delivered to you at no extra cost.
No refunds will be issued; replacements will be provided for eligible cases only.
6. Product Quality
We take the utmost care in creating high‑quality, safe, and clean handmade halal cosmetics. Slight variations in color, scent, or texture may occur due to the artisanal nature of our products and do not qualify as faults.
7. Liability
We aim to provide the best possible service within the agreed timeframe; however, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for:
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Damage or faults reported after the 24‑hour reporting window
8. Governing Law
All sales and transactions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
